Rebuilding Connection, Respect, and Understanding — Together

I believe in the value of family, although at times it can be incredibly challenging too. When communication breaks down, old wounds resurface, or family roles shift, it can affect your emotional well-being and sense of belonging.

I offer family therapy specifically for adult family members who want to address loss and grief as a family, move beyond conflict, clarify boundaries, and strengthen relationships in a respectful, structured, and compassionate space.

Whether you’re navigating long-standing tension, major life transitions, medical conditions, old wounds, or seeking reconnection after distance or hurt — therapy can help open the door to healing and growth.

Possible Positive Outcomes

Many families find that therapy helps them:

· Experience less stress and frustration in interactions

· Feel heard, respected, and valued by one another

· Develop healthier boundaries that support both connection and independence

· Break free from repetitive, intergenerational, painful patterns that no longer serve them

· Approach conflicts with curiosity and openness rather than defensiveness

· Build stronger, more resilient family relationships that can weather future challenges

My Approach

I work from a systemic perspective, recognizing that individuals are deeply connected within their family systems — and that change in one part of the system affects the whole. Drawing from Bowenian Family Therapy, I focus on patterns of interaction, emotional interdependence, and helping each person find balance between individuality and togetherness. Mindfulness is woven throughout our work together to cultivate active coping and emotional regulation.

My role is to offer a calm, neutral space where difficult conversations can unfold safely, with care.
