There are several therapies I utilize and incorporate to support new perspectives, identity, coping, as well as the change you would like to explore, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience
- Narrative Therapy: to explore the stories you've been told (or tell yourself) and begin rewriting the ones that no longer reflect your truth
- A Systemic Approach: to consider how relationships, culture, family dynamics, and social systems may be impacting your mental health
