Support Through the Complexities of Womanhood

Being a woman today often means juggling a lot — responsibilities, relationships, expectations, body image, and emotions — sometimes all at once. And while you're busy holding everything together, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where women can slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, the transition into adulthood, hormonal shifts, or long-standing patterns of self-doubt, therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.

How We Work Together

There are several therapies I utilize and incorporate to support new perspectives, identity, coping, as well as the change you would like to explore, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience
  • Narrative Therapy: to explore the stories you've been told (or tell yourself) and begin rewriting the ones that no longer reflect your truth
  • A Systemic Approach: to consider how relationships, culture, family dynamics, and social systems may be impacting your mental health

Let’s rewrite your story and find a narrative that you find purposeful beyond the roles you play. You deserve care, too. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey.
